The Quest   
So, I’m NOT a health nut. At least I wasn’t, until a doctor told me I was a diabetic with high cholesterol. Suddenly, I’m reading labels. I’m turning down cake….CHOCOLATE CAKE! And I’m suggesting walks. I thought it might be fun to document the journey. Hope you enjoy following along or joining in.
